Rum Hot Sauce

These hot sauces are made with our rum. The rum cooks off and leaves behind it’s subtle flavors, without imparting any alcohol flavor.

The “Pineapple Express” is mildly spicy with wonderful pineapple finish from our “Glazed Pineapple” rum. It is wonderful in a variety of dishes including fish and chicken. 

The “Rum Runner Sauce” with ghost peppers is very spicy and can be used to add a nice kick and flavor to a plethora of dishes.
